Overflowing drainage

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My parents reside at Vyalikaval Housing Board Society (HBCS layout), II phase, Govindapura main road and for the last few years we have this problem with sanitary. There is no proper drainage provided, due to which drains have started overflowing. This is not the first time, and residents themselves have been privately arranging for cleaning. Now it is in a pathetic stage and due to overflow, there is all possibility of kids and elderly getting disease.

We kindly request you to look into the matter and help us with keeping the surrounding clean. As a immediate measure please make sure the present overflow problem is worked out.
