Not charging according to mete

I, a regular user of public transport, working in saket face a daily issue with the autorickshaw drivers, be it regarding the auto fair, their rude behaviour and attitude. Not just me but many people i know face such problems in south delhi area. I firmly request you the consumer forum to address the issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is unfair for us commoners who deserve to use the public transport by fair ways and treatment, I think that was the true purpose of having public transport to make our commoners' life easier and comfortable. but here im sorry to say IT IS NOT SUCH. I get down daily in the morning at D block saket metro station to take an auto for m block which is 1.3 km but auto rikshaw drivers always ask for high fares and when we ask them to go by meter they always argue. I have to face this problem daily. The autorikshaw driver's standing there have made there own community and and all of them have higheaded unfair demands.

Please give us any helpline number so we can directly complain.
