Late delivery

I am smal dealer for Industrial Tooling. I am 100% depend on Courier Service.

I must get material in sharp time to remain customers order. But I am very angry on DTDC Courier Service. Delivery very late & Irresponsible. I have mailed them before 2 days before but not reply received till now.

please check the doc. no.420419404 booked on 17.04.2010. It is received on 01.05.2010. Nipani is City, not outside also. How can we make business depending on these hopeless courier peoples?

when other services I am getting sharp on 3rd working day after booking.

I have onother one need to come doc. no. 420673690 booked on 27.04.2010. I will loos my business if it will reach after 3rd may.
