Garbage blocking the drainage wate

I am resident of #17, kundalahalli colony, annaiah reddy layout, ITPL Main road, Bangalore-560037,

As mentioned above in the subject in the main road garbage dust bin placed is not correct due to that it is blocking the drainage's water and drainage water is overflowing to children's play area.so please do the need full.
