To whomsoever it may concern,

I have been a victim of harassment bye traffic cops. Dickenson road in bangalore, leading from hasnath college to kamaraj road was made a no entry zone all of sudden. Not even a single no entry board or barricade was seen on the road. Not even a single vehicle that came on that road noticed a no entry board, all of us who were caught. The cop demanded rupees 100 fine and didnt give the receipt. I had to argue for him to finally give it. Before paying him i asked him why there was not even a signal of no entry, he said he would demand 500rs if he showed one and started abusing me. and when i asked him to talk with respect he tried to man handle me and four more cops joined him in the process and threatened me saying the vehicle will be towed away. There was no reason for that road to be made no entry or not even a sign board was placed. This rowdism with uniform on.. nothing else.. I am ashamed of the cops of my country. I dont know how much this email will help in solving the menace. We people are so helpless..
