Bangalore Post Office
Speed post not delivered

Dear Sir,

I had sent a Speed Post letter on 12th December with tickets for 18th December. I had confirmed that it will reach to the destionation Nanded on 14th or 15th December. The number for docket was EK320943007IN. It never reached till now. I wanted to cancel the i-Ticket due to change in travel plan but I can not because this requires the ticket I sent. When I lauched online complain on http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ with number 100000-76143, it was closed without even informing me. It stated the document was received but we never did. The post office at Nanded says it never got the document from B'lore or even it reached Aurangabad office. When I called CC number 08022861390, I got same response as 100000-76143 in strong words. Even the official web-site does not show the current status post bangalore. I want to launch an official complain as I am loosing Rs 1872 towards the ticket. I have aluached another complain on the same site (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/) with number 100000-76349 but no responses yet. Please suggest how shall I proceed.
