Gutter water coming on to road

Sir,

4th main, 2nd cross, chamundeshwarilayout, doddabommasandra ward number 10, byatrayanapura cmc, the contractor has dug half the gutter in the 2nd cross of 4th main, the gutter is also not properly done, the water from the gutter is spilling out, no one to hear complaints in bbmp office, please take the action and do the required, hoping for positive reply.
