Non repasir of culvert since 6 months

A culvert at the junction of kalikamba road and 8th cross Muneshwara layout ATTUR has given way since 6 months and there is nobody from BBMP to care eventhough the corporators and MLA has visited the layout several times. This caving in of the culvert is due to use of substandard concrete materials for which the contractor has made an abnormal bill which has been paid. Had a thick stone slab was covered and the road surface equated the problem would not have araisen. This problem was reported to corporation commissioner a few days back without any action. Any unsuspecting two wheeler rider during night darkness will definitely fall into the drain. Will the authorities do attend the work and recover the cost from the contractor who has done this shabby work
