Khatha appln dtd 27-12 coupled with Bankers cheque no 013647 dtd 12-08 for Rs 29332 encashed by CMC Commissioner on 13-11 refers. Subsequent reminders during 2005 have yielded no result. Many of the applicants applied later and got khatha tfrs probably on bribes. From 29-05 Khatha tfrs by CMCs stopped by Govt order. My case is still pending with no response. Will it be taken to the commissioner through this complaint and khatha tfd in my name.
