Name change

My name has been wrongly spelt in the BESCOM register as Chaluva Raj instead of SELVARAJAN.K, consumer ID:1120104084238; RR No.7EEH14555. When I went to the department to get it changed, they were unable to locate the file?!?! and asked me to come some other day for a thorough check.

I don't understand why I have to waste my time going to their office when they have lost the file due to their negligence!

In fact, they should be calling me after they search for the file and find it and complete the name change activity.
