Dear sir, Bescom has been desisting to load shed in the city for sometime now. however it has been doing so for each and every day. Now as if to confound this, they are on a load shedding spree during the night time also which generally affects patients, children who are studying and totally spoils the mood for the office goers and others which need to be checked and prevented in the interest of the welfare of citizens
