Best bus no 417
Conductor misbehaving

Hello sir,

Best bus no 417, frequency is very less, Conductors are mannerless, they dont understand respectful language, I dont understand why so ill mannered people are recruited by best. Todays instance 4th of november. I waited 20 minutes for the bus, it came from suryanagar to vikhroli station for parksite in the evening 8 o clock. It was quit empty the driver halted it much before the bus stop nearly 25meters taking in the passangers who where not in que. Again it halted at the stop by the time it was full. Many women and senior passangers where not able to get in. Any how i managed to get in, I asked the conductor why did you do that? He gently replied go to the police station and complaint i dont care. I already have one complaint. I dont know how serious this complaint will be taken by you people. Its very sad on best bus part that so inefficient people are running the country.
