Dear Sir,

My name is Venu gopal N P (NRI), Puthenparambil house, panachikadu, Kottayam and book number 247238_16-4-p6 issued dated 16/04/1996.This has taken from your company in a NRI quota. Regret to inform you that THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILYREMINDERS last 3 months your agent M/s Kirthi Kottam has failed to do the home service to us. (We don’t know is it intentionally or not?) How ever we are not getting the Gas on time..They made last home delivery on 30/12.

Request you to kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.
