Below mentioned matter is the details of the complaint which i mailed to Customer care mail ID - del_csd@blazeflash.com on 26/02/10 at 1.10 P.M. & on the same day I also communicated the matter to their Branch (SHREE BALAJI ASSOCIATES) Owner Mr. Sunil Gautam who ensured to take up the matter & get back after taking the AWB No. from me. But Till today i.e 27/02/10 there is no reply from either of the them.

This is to bring to your notice that I booked a consignment Air Way Bill No. 118474760 on 24/02/10 at 3.30 P.M. from SHREE BALAJI ASSOCIATES, 1/6410, GALI NO. -5, EAST ROHTAS NAGAR, SHAHDARA, DELHI - 110032, PH. : 011- 22328216 to Mrs. Veena Lalit, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson House, 64-66, Senapati Bapat Marg, Mahim (West) Mumbai - 400016.

Today i.e. 26/02/10 when I entered the C. No. to track my shipment at your website, it's showing C. No. is not in our system, please contact customer care. You are requested to let me know the current status of my shipment immediately.
