Delay in delivery of lpg gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 9.12.10, booking no. 40 and consumer no. 38145, but yet today on 27.12.10 there is not any response and nobody give us the correct status. Every day I am getting same reply that you will get today but partically we do not get cylinder from the distributor of M/s. Arihant gas, Kondhawa, Pune

However this is the same story repeating after booking the refill.
