Fraud, Default on commitment leading to Mental harassment

Dear Sir / Madam

This is with reference to the Institution - Bharatratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Pratishthan, a Registered trust Registration No E - 18809 issued by Charity Commissioner, my uncle had approached to them for their Self Employment Scheme by which after paying a lumpsum deposit amount towards 5 years agreement and monthly rent for 4 years to be paid by my uncle, the person applying will be assigned a vehicle.

This vehicle was given to him for business purpose i.e. to earn and be self employed. This agreement was made in Mar and as per the agreement clause the vehicle can be surrendered after 5 years of agreement and deposit paid will be refunded.

Today after more than 5 years the company has failed to stand on their commitment, closed their office and officials are absconding.

My uncle had gathered all the money from his life savings and provident fund account towards the same and hoping that this would have been an ideal business proposal for his future livelihood.
