Delay in Pf withdrawl

Dear Sir,

This is in regard of my PF withdrawl which is pending for more than a year now.

I had worked with Pantaloon Retail (I) Ltd. for almost around 4 years (from 1st Aug till 12th June). The COncerened agency hired by Pantaloons for withdrawl of my Pf amount (My PF Account no. MH / 38491 / 13652) has submitted my Withdrawl application on 11th September to following Kandivali office.

Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,

Plot no 222, Sec 03,

Charkop market, Charkop Poisor Rd,

Kandivali (w) Mumbai- 400 067.

Till date i have not recd. my Pf amount back. For the past 4 months I have been given promises for the withdrawl but in vain. Even i have wrote the complaint to PF office on 20th June.

Please help in getting My pf back including the interest charges for the past 1 year also.
