NO Drainage facility in our location

Dear Sir,

We are residing in Chennai Corporation limit, (Kolathur) there are about 1000 to 1500 residences near our area in which we do not have any drainage connection and the government promised us to give a drainage connection but still now any of the government have taken any steps to lay an drainage facility in our area. we are in the Chennai corporation limit but still we are not able to have the basic necessities.
