Two wheeler claim

HI,

I had lost my bikein for that i tried to claim but still i did not get claim due to improper response by regional transport deparment, i had got only one original NOC and FIR, i had submitted to RTO both the original NOC and FIR, but from insurance company they asking the original certificate of NOC and FIR, so i can't able to claim, for past 1 year i am trying to get claim, but RTO officer's are not providing me the original certificates, so kindly help me to get claim.
