I had booked a consignment containing some important documents from chennai to goa using blue dart courier services from Annanagar branch LR no 12985322490 dt 02/11 paying a high service charge of Rs 250. Blue dart service claimed that they will deliver the consignment within 24hrs max. but till today i.e 8/11 the consignment has not reached the sent address. when asked the blue dart customer service they dint give me correct information and wasted my lot of time by diverting the calls from one person to another. there is completely no response . what can be done..?
