Blue Dart Express Ltd
Non delivering the consignment

I munish sharma applied for the PAN card. The Income tax department send me the PAN card through Blue Dart Express Ltd. vide airway bill no. 44437576783. At the time of Delivery they said that it out of Delivery area, and you have to collect it from our faridabad centre.

This is totally harrasing to the consumer, if it is an out of delivery area then why should they received it from the Department for delivery.

Kindly give instruction to Income tax department that they should not send any courier by Blue Dart Express.
