Drainage leakage

Respected sir,

I m prashant, staying in the locality of kurla (west), mumbai. Recently we are facing the problem of drainage leakage in our locality, few days back BMC official came to have a look and opened the drainage cover. But they have kept the drainage cover open, all the manhole covers are kept open, so early which was a small problem of leakage has turn into over flow. We have local tutions in which numerous children come for their regular tutions, having a greater risk of falling down

So i request u to do the need full as early as possible
