Encroachment and cleaniness of Skywalk

The recently inauguranted skywalk at Santacruz station (west) is truly a boon. However, since atleast the past 1 month the skywalk has not been cleaned and the hawkers have also started to slowly encroach (use the space for stocking their goods). There is no security guard on duty and if this is not attended to... it will resutl in encroachment eventually. Can teh BMC please attend to this.
