Complaint Against Electricity Bill CRN No. 2610005177

Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Smt. kanchan bala connection no. K.No.: 2610h2130392 and CRN No.: 2610005177 R/o B 323 hari nagar new delhi-110064. We received the electricity bill for the period of 10.09.2009 to 07.11.2009 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 8520. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. bill, which I paid for the month of Jan to may is for Rs. 840/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low.i m the only member and go office then hw is it posible to use so much electricity..sir i havegiven the hand written complain in hari nagar office but no action has been taken till now. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill .i will be very thankfull for imediate action.
