Obtained new broad band BSNL connection on my BSNL landline phone number 040-24041252 with 625/- unlimited plan but it is working with wire only and very slow. Inspite of repeated several complaints on 1504 not attended by BSNL authorities. Kindly help me to get my money back for which i paid for modem cost
rs.1800.00 so that i can take Tata or Reliance as these both are giving good service.
