DEACTIVATE THE GAMES

My land line number is 044-22270331. from bsnl some person contacted my daughter and told games are free to play and they give password and user id .after one month they are charging Rs 200/month. now we are not using the game and we want cancel the game plan immediatly.hence we forgot the password and id we are requesting through the forum. we are looking for your reply at the earlist
