BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION FOR BROADBAND
BSNL LANDLINE NEARLY 1 YEAR & STILL WAITING

Dear Sir
This is to bring to your notice the kind of pathetic service the BSNL YERWADA EXCHANGE offers.
I had booked a new landline connection on 20th March in order to get a Broadband installed. When I booked the connection I was assured I would get it within 10 - 15 days.
My Booking Details are af follows :
Date of Booking : 20th March
Customer Account No : 700527856
Waiting List No: DHN3300000
Whenever I contacted the customer care they told me that the work is under progress and I would get the new connection soon.
Last time when I visited the BSNL office on 8th Feb I was asked to contact our Area-Incharge Mr Thomas (Mobile : 9423505657).
When contacted, Mr Thomas told me casually that he would get back to me after checking on the issue.
Please suggest what is to be done in this matter.
