Electricity meter not working

Respected sir/madam,

im a doctor n im running a clinic in kilakarai (ramanathapuram dist) wher in my clinic the electricity meter is not running for months.. went to EB dept and told them many times to repair it.. its been more than 6 months n no one turned up.. but paying EB bill all these months with what they say as amount in the EB office.. how do they know the amount without checking meter reading i wonder!! please it would be very helpful if somone noticed this complaint n do the needy..
