Non working coupon validating machines

This is to bring to your notice that while travelling on 10th December all the coupon validating machines at Mumbai CST were not working. Can the authorities please look into this. and if it is so much of a bother than they can stop selling coupon booklets and remove all the machines from the stations.

Only one machine works at Mulund West. The only machine at Matunga station (West) is also out of order since the month of november
