TRAVELLING PROBLEMS

Dear Central Railway,

Through this complaint, i want your kind attention towards few below mention problems and suggetions:

1. Frequency for Thane-Badlapur and Badlapur Thane is very poor in peak hours.

2.Trains at any given time running on an average 10 minutes late.

3. Badlapur station is least bother of doing annoucement in early morning time.

4. Through this route and (up and down) many peoples of 2 nd class travel in 1st class compartments

5.We have not seen any TC during peak hours, at least at stations, out side the door from last many months.

6.Can you start Badlapur start (at 0645 hrs.) and more Thane-Karjat (at 1900 hrs.)

7.Can you start Vashi-Badlapur via Thane during down peak hours.
