Votter ID Card not recieved

Dear Sir,

I have been applied for the Voter ID card of my wife (Shilpa) on 31st Oct and It was approved on 18th Nov. But still we have not received voter ID Card. I visited 2 times in Voter Card office. But still we couldn't get voter ID Card. But Voter name is showing on the CEO, Delhi website. When I called to 1950 CEO, Delhi, these people are saying that they don't have the SLA for issuing the Voter ID Card and you have to wait.

We have an urgent requirement for this Voter ID card. Kindly do the needful and take a action ASAP.
