UPSC Forms not available

Dear Sir,

Since last 4-5 days I am approaching post office at Mahidharpura, Surat, Gujarat (only PO where UPSC Forms are available in Surat). However, with deep regret I have to say that forms are not available there. I have also tried to reach Delhi Office on 011-23387310, but no one is there to respond to the calls. Last day for submission of the form is 1st Feb-10. If I am not able to get the form today, I would not be able to submit the same on due date.

Like me there are many aspirants who returning empty handed, as forms are not available.

How can this be berable.

Can you request to give extention for submission of the forms for Surat City aspirants?
