Developer / SRA have denied us possession of our already buid house under SRA saying that our residential proof of the slum is invalid.

Builder has said that the rules say that 1995 proof is required however we had electricity bill proff of 1997.

How can SRA deny our position. Did SRA perfoemd any survey prior to this redevlooment.

My father already posses resident evidance as he is residing in near by slum.

The builder even didnt even paid rent for 2 years and neither did he informed / discussed the matter with us officially. Developer doint send any official correspondence to explain us the situation thus liiving us in a diellema.

The developer is Cheeda & Ballan located in Chembur and the plot developed under SRA was Jai Ambe Nagar located at Chembur Naka.
