Chennai Corporation tool no 1913 not working

We have a sewage water over flowing and blocked like a pond in abanded house which make us unable to live. We have made complaints 4 Jun and 19 Jun through 1913 but no action taken or unable to provide us any compliant no.

Even we tried to submitt a online compliant through the below site but site turned to be error. Now we are in dead end whether to live or drink the sewage water.

Please can this taken as compliant and clear the blockage.
