Chennai P.F office
P.F not received

I've been waiting for a long time for my P.F but haven't got any response yet.

The claim was sent to the P.F office in Chennai on 30th November as per my previous employer.

I had sent an e-mail to the Sutherland (previous employer) H.R regarding the P.F. I got a response stating that the Chennai office is getting computerised and that I shall get my P.F byt the end of March. It's almost the end of April and I yet haven't received my P.F. when I checked my P.F online by using the fiollowing details (TN / 49694 / 47515) I got the foillowing response: CLAIM NOT RECEIVED YET. I don't know what's going on and I don't know what to do. Please help me call me if possible at 9673735193.
