Delay in mutation of name at city survey office

This is to bring to your kind notice that to do mutation from City Survey Office is not a common mans task. I Dr. Zafar Ahmad Faruqui resident of 4/C Fourth Floor Achraj Tower 1, Chhaoni, Mouza- Jaripatka, Distt. Nagpur has applied for mutation of above mentioned flat of mine and my brother Dr. Arif Ahmad Faruqui's flat (Flat No. 3 /B Achraj Tower 1 Chhaoni, Mouza- Jaripatka, Nagpur) at the same time on 30/06 after that I have done the follow up for the above case for nearly 25 times since then, but till now I haven't recieved any Notice/ Deficiency Letter nor my name has been mutated in the City Survey Record, Nagpur.

Inspite of the claims made by the City Survey Office that the mutation will be done within a span of one month, In my case nearly Eight months have passed but my mutation has not been done.

So, you are Kindly requested to look into the matter so that the common man should not suffer.
