Ration card rejection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for a ration card almost 3 years years back, it was rejected as I was unable to submit the name deletion certificate of my husband. We had a love (inter-caste) marriage and there are issues in the family, because of which I am not able to provide the same. I have applied for the same again, kindly let me how I can get the ration card...? Please advise.
