RATIONCARD PARTICULARS NOT UPDATED ONLINE

I am from Valparai Taluk. I have applied for passport under the tatkal scheme in Coimbatore on 1st July. At the time of online verification of my rationcard my form was rejected as the system showed error in fetching records. I have checked with my taluk office in Valparai and my rationcard details are availaible in their system. I have been approaching the concerned authorities to help me out. However my complaint has gone unanswered. I have been regularly using my rationcard and the same is updated. I was told that the details are not showing due to server problem. This answer does not solve my problem. Kindly let me know whom to contact to get my Rationcard validated online.
