PF transfer from IBM to Cognizant

I initiated the process to transfer PF from old company IBM to present company Cognizant Technology Solutions. The Form13 was processed by prev company IBM and sent to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Sub-Accounts Office, Lakshmi Complex, Opp to Syndicate Bank, Old madras road,

KR Puram, Bangalore- 560036 in March.

I tried to contact the RPFC at 080-25613382 / 25617629 but nobody is picking the call. Also I dropped one letter requesting them to provide the status on 22nd March.

Please enquire and provide me the status of this transfer.
