Iased nature and not following the rules and procedure the police men

Dear sir/ma'am,

i mohit arora met wid an accident around park number b-6 safdarjang enclave at 11:55pm 9th october. the accident involved my car and another car.it was caused because of the other person being in the influence of alcohol.i made a call to the PCR for registering the incident.but the other party called another policeman (constable hukam singh of sarojini nagar police station) of their acquaintance, he returned the PCR van and didnt filed a case on my repeated requests and was telling me to pay the other party money.after a lot of requests he took the case to the police station where he under the influence of other party took alot of time and changed the driver who was involved in the case and presented some other guy in front.and after my repeated requests the MLC was done around 1:40am 10th october.and even they charged me with some false sections.i request you sir/ma'am to take action against such police men who gets biased with bribes and increases the corruption.the other party collected alot of men outside the policestation and did threatened me to pay them the damages.i even filed the complaint with the PCR.even the SHO wasnt there when i wanted to file against the constable.the motto of delhi police is with you, for you, always but sir/ma'am i guess the you in the motto is for the ones who pay the money.please its my humble requests to take actions against such policemen.
