SUB – CONSTRUCTION NUISANCE

This is to bring to your kind notice about the construction nuisance we are facing. We are residents of No 25, 2nd Main, Chola Nagar, R.T Nagar, Bangalore-560032. There is house construction (Groung 3 Floors) just adjacent to our back site in Chola Nagar 1st Main, R.T.Nagar. OWNER NAME IS Mr. JAIDEEP, PH-9844064499.

Construction is going on for the past one year and nuisance faced are listed below:

1. There is no barricade for this high raise (G 3) building. Complete construction dust is entering our house causing health issues.

2. Unruly behaviors of watch man and contractors during molding and curing. Since there is no barricade while curing the building, complete water falls inside our building.

3. They use our back side wall for urination where our Kitchen and water sump is situated.

4. The empty site is used for dumping construction waste and causing serious health issues and water stagnation.

Several requests to owner have not yielded any favorable actions. We have even approached the empty back site owner – SRINIVAS, PH-080 23443650. He is also not maintaining his site.

Therefore I kindly request you Sir, to look into the matter and stop the construction further until Permanent barricade and Clearance of debris in empty site is completed.
