CONSTRUCTION NUISANCE

Respected Sir,

SUB – CONSTRUCTION NUISANCE

This is to bring to your kind notice about the construction nuisance we are facing. We are residents of Navapara, Behind "Arman-Apartment" opposite to "Mahek-Apartment" City: Bhavnagar PIN:364001 (State: Gujarat)

Construction is going on for the past one year and nuisance faced are listed below:

1. There is no barricade for this high raise (G 3) building. The construction waste is thrown directly from the 2 -3 floor, Complete construction dust is entering our house causing health issues.

2.Since there is no barricade while curing the building, occasionally bricks fall in the common interior road. Here we and our children walk while going and coming for school. When complained to the owner/supervisor they told very rudely, "complain when you are hurt".

3. They use our this common road for dumping construction bricks iron roads & waste which can cause very serious accidents

4. The entire site is very noise polluted by laborers as no instruction is given to the laborers.

Several requests to owners have not yielded any favorable actions nor is he maintaining his site.

Therefore I kindly request you Sir, to look into the matter and stop all this nuisance keeping in mind that families are living behind their site, clearance of debris in common road used by us.
