BLOCKADE OF BATHROOM SEWAGE

Ihave registered a complaint of drain blockade on 4/5 with cpwd delhi which was converted into a major complaint on 5/5, but till today nobody has attended the complaint and we are facing a lot of difficulties. On contact, they have instructed to contact Shri Mahender Singh and if not acceded to Shri Panna Lal. I tried my level best to contact them but in vain. They are not even bothered to attend the call.
