I and my father went to CSD [railway road, pathankot], we only have to buy bag from canteen that why we not take bucket with us, we go inside of canteen, but there we also take some packets of allu bujiya, we reach at billing counter, there maneger come and speak in rude behaviour to me, go and take a bucket, i just said i have only few packets, let us make billing, he abuse me and push me, and, he also abuse my father and snatch card from my fathers hand, we request him to give back our card, but he abuse ur and take card for one hour, he mentlly harass us, and make fool of us in front of others, ...
