DELAY IN MAKING NEW CONNECTION

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your kind notice that i have applied for a new connection for a tube well on dated 13 -8 the formalities were completed on that day and after three months and many follow ups the survey part from them was completed. When there was no revery after th survey i personally went to the office and met junior engineer he then adviced me to pay some amount and the R no was given to me and he handover an estimate for tht errection of Tube well this all happned on dated april .it was informed to me that the TC will be sent to you after a month vai registered post. But its being four months we have not received any such posts and whenever i am speaking to the toll free no they are telling that we have send the same. Its being a harrasment.
