REFUND of Registration Amount

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a Flat under DDA housing scheme I am located at Mumbai. I was an unsuccesful allote and the refund cheque by DDA on my application No. 9457251 was sent to me by mentioning my telephone No. on the cheque instead of my account No.. I by mistake deposited the same to ICICI bank at Mumbai which has been returned by the bank. Now to get that corrected I have to go to Delhi unnecessarily which will be again a financial loss to me. I want to register my complaint to resolve my issue
