Delay in Passport

Hi,

We have submitted the passport at Anantapur Passport Office in the February and It has been said that "Application is received as 20/04 over online" On receiving we had a Police verification. Now this is August 3rd and we have not received the passport. We again see this is under Police Verification.

We already enquired in Anantapur Police station and they said it is already sent back to the Passport Office with the update as "Clear" and They are saying it might have went to Bangalore, Karnataka (Previous Address). We have cross checked in the Bangalore region police station and SP Office about the passport, they said application/File has not received.

We dont have any update from any body on this application. Now its been around 6months that I have applied for passport for my wife. So far we have not received No Information.

We already raised a grevience in passport website Service Request Number:1230029755 on 7/18 but we didnot received any update. Again I have raised new grevience today with SRN Number 1230031859

Can someone help me to get this passport received at the earliest. I am already in USA and its been for 3months her but my wife has not yet received the passport.

Please Please help atleast to find where the position of the application is now.? and to get the application sooner..
