Sewerage water in tap

We live in Govindpuri Extension Gali no- 4and our regular tap water pipeline is flowing in sewarage water and inspite of 100's odd reminders to Delhi Jal Board they are not been able to sort out the issue. we have old parents and kids living in this place with no option but to drinks this unhealthy water. Please help us.
