Water Contimation/No Wate

I am not getting drinking water inspite of so many complaints from last three months. My first complaint which i have lodged three months back is W00006444 is still pending but I am getting mails from DJB that this complaint is resolved by DELHI JAL BOARD .I am really surprised by getting such mails because my complaint is still pending.
