Not receiving bill till date

Respected Sir,

I got the new water connection no. 16965-N-II dated 14 may but I have not received first bill till date. I have already given written complaint to Z.R.O. of Mukherjee Nagar on 8-6, but their is no reply for the same. please do the needfull.
